The Mission:
Brody International is using its construction resources and is partnering with
Sierra Pregnancy & Health to further the impacts they are making in our community. SP&H has been been growing their services continually over the past 25 years and is now requiring more space to be able meet the needs of their patients.
Completion of this construction project will increase Sierra Pregnancy’s ability to positively effect our community through no-cost reproductive services, educational classes, practical assistance, and unplanned pregnancy resources.
The Project:
Through a partnership with Dynamic Trades Inc., we executed a comprehensive Tenant Demo, Framing, Drywall, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, brand-new finishes, and ADA-Compliant upgrades. The enhanced space features 5 offices, 1 consultation room, 1 conference room, an employee break room, and a new bathroom.
Dynamic Trades Inc. generously took on this project as the General Contractor without charging Sierra Pregnancy + Health any overhead or profit. The work was completed with a mix of in-house labor and contributions from local subcontractors as well as volunteers.
Project Stats: $32,000 donated to the project, 298 Volunteer hours, 2290 sq ft added to the SPH office space
